Our Jerk Dry Rub spice blend includes thyme, red pepper, allspice and more. This is the classic jerk seasoning from Jamaica. It is great on chicken and pork. Shake enough on meat to cover completely or make a wet rub mix with your favorite oil (3 to 2 ratio - 3 tablespoons rub to 2 tablespoons oil). We mix our dry rubs in small batches and never use any MSG, additives, artificial colors or artificial flavors. Enjoy!
