Our Island Dry Rub spice blend has the greatest amount of spices including thyme, red pepper, allspice, coriander, nutmeg and more. This is a classic caribbean island seasoning blend. It is great on chicken and pork. Shake enough on meat to cover completely or make a wet rub mix with your favorite oil (3 to 2 ratio - 3 tablespoons rub to 2 tablespoons oil). We mix our dry rubs in small batches and never use any MSG, additives, artificial colors or artificial flavors. Enjoy!
