This Achiote Dry Rub spice blend includes,
annatto seed, cumin, garlic and more. This rub is great on chicken, pork and beef. Shake enough on meat to cover completely or make a wet rub mix with your favorite oil (3 to 2 ratio - 3 tablespoons rub to 2 tablespoon oil). We mix our dry rubs in small batches and never use any MSG, additives, artificial colors or artificial flavors. Enjoy!
